Test cricket players in England get paid 1 million plus a year. Pounds. 

But yea IPl can pay just as much in a shorter period if you are good enough. 

 

I can see a future where IPL is hosted 2 times a year. Players will be raking in millions. Not sure many will even play odis anymore. 

 

Test will always be well compensated.

The only ethnic pakistani player i really admire.  Ecb screwed his career, messed him around. Read his interviews. Semi decent, his record should not have been as good as it was thanks in large parts due to our headless chickens starting with RGS at the Oval(?) back in 2014 IIRC.

All because of Kohli. It wasn’t fun being in the opposing team anymore. So he retired.

Correct.. CSK will likely retain him in the big auction.. Big IPL contract guaranteed for the next 4-5 years..
