Shardul vs bhuvi

I haven’t been following cricket lately but noticed shardul is not in t20 wc squad 

 

is there a reason bhuvi preferred to shardul . Seems a no brainer to me to elect the best batter in form who also bowls well in any format . Lord shardul should join lord jadeja

CUrrent Bhuvi is not as good as many fast bowlers not just Shardul. I saw a few matches of him. He rarely breached 130 kph. Mostly in the range of 125 kph. He looks stifled

Because bhuvi bowls around 120k he is accurate and is a good bowler. Since shradul is 5ft 2inch and bat's well he is not a good bowler no matter how well he bowls.

Wrong. Thakur has improved a lot. Doesn't give away too many and takes important wickets at right time. Bhuvi is a trundler and has regressed plus his poor fitness. Can't be relied upon.

Bhuvi and Shardul aren't competing for the same spot. Why are we hell bent on destroying Bhuvi's career? 

 

He has done really well in t20is, what has he done to get sidelined? 

Shardul should be our 3rd bowler not second. 

 

Jaddu, Shardul, Bhuvi, Bumrah, Chakravarthy. 

This should be our bowling lineup.

Look at the pitches in UAE, we need third spinning option, ideally a top order batsmen who can chip in with the ball.

 

Another problem of having Rohit, Kishan, Rahul, Kohli, Sky, Pant in the batting line up is that none of them can add any meaningful contribution with the ball, missing a prime Raina, Yuvi kinda player.

 

Ideally Hardik and the third spinner should be able to contribute atkeast 4 overs between them, if Hardik can't bowl he completely messes the balance of the team.

I think he is selected only as backup for Pandya, doubt he will be in XI
