Pakistan tested its first nuclear bomb in 1999 & India in 1975... So Pakistan should have tried to get the bomb earlier than 1999. Also India's nuclear numbers are highly secretive since we tested first in 1975 our nuclear warheads could be in hundreds more than listed due to fissile material stored for years. W. Bush, when wikileaks mention this few years ago. no such report of "delaying" was found. also you should realize its bollywood, they can make movie on anything without any proof, claiming a fiction as fact. and about you having hundred of nuclear warheads, sure it could be thousands by now, who cares.
