Sundar is a batsman not a hitter. He should be slotted in for ODI cricket ahead of T20s. And if he improves his hitting then he can be in the T20 mix.

power failure on jaddu's part - predictable one - and wrong time to get out for Pandu - bad shot there, completely on him.  Karthik uses the excuse of wickets falling to wait till last 12 balls to hit.  Its not  going to work everytime.

Big chunk of Indian wickets have fallen to deliveries that bounced more than the batsmen expected.

 

Not only are Windies batsmen going to be expecting and adjusting to that, we don't really have bowlers who can exploit that bounce.

the failure should be early dismissal, not 7 off 13 though.
