Perfect for a 15-20 ball stay though. Can score quick 20-25. With the ball more trust on him than Jaddu I reckon this same reason will prompt India to play Pant... Can understand Bishnoi as backup for Chahal and keep him on his toes but what is the point of Ashwin? His time as a white ball bowler was over half a decade ago. Could have easily picked an extra pace option in his place. Clueless selectors and TM.

In 2012 when we toured Australia, MSD ensured top 3 of Sachin-Sehwag-Gambhir dont play all together and rotated them for team's sake. We went onto win that tri series. That is called guts and leadership. Not sure if either Rohit/Dravid has the guts to do it. Infact Rohit himself is a part of top 3...so most likely he wont express bowling 1
