not everyone is a superstar as you wrote. next thing you know, even asif ali, kushdil shah, iftikhar ahmed, etc. are all superstars.

Bhuvi  5 matches 11 wickets  10.45 avge ER 6.05 Strike rate 10

Naseem 5 matches 7 wickets 19.71 avge ER 7.66 Strike rate 15.4

Haris Rauf 6 matches 8 wickets 19.12 avge 7.65 Strike rate 15

They went into the finals because of Naseem who is a bowler..not because of his bowling though..because of his battin.. shows the state of affairs..

I realise that India failed however if you really dissect the performances, there is huge gulf in class.

 

Man for Man there is no comparison. India failing is an abberation whereas Pakistan succeeding is an abberation.

 

If India not reaching final is some consolation prize for you so be it, however at the end of the day India lost 2 close matches, Pakistan huffed and puffed but still did not win the cup.

 

Going forward, Pakistan will be exposed with the bouncer in Australia.
