And Thakur will change nothing, what we are missing somebody like Krishna aur Siraj who can attack batsman in these conditions, like Shami was doing yesterday

Ab itna bhi new nahi hoon, kuch hadd tak 92 ka world Cup bhi yaad hai.

Having Thakur ahead of our spinners in Australian conditions is a positive move.

Yeah pate ki baat kahee aapne.

Thakur in place of Akshar, umesh Yadav and Siraj in place of Ash and Harshal.

Kuldeep Yadav or Bishnoi in place of chahal.

But when you coach start giving statement that pace doesn't mean everything, you know something is wrong

As expected...  Midget Karthik niggled out...  Now upto Pant to grab the chance...  Even a quick 20 runs will be enough

Karthik out,, could this open the door for Lord or Siraj if they say he is out of the WC?

Pant is good for quickfire 20 and to be honest, depending on the situation that may be all that is needed against Bangla.

I have not seen any reports of Karthik OUT.

Where is this being reported?

Maybe provide a link instead of just saying this next time.

This is first T20I at Adelaide Oval after 2019 so not much idea how the pitch will behave.

Generally it offers very less lateral movement but it is very quick specially under lights

Aussies usually call it second fastest after Perth with lateral movement under lights.

Gabba Brisbane is little slow but more bouncier than Adelaide oval.

It is the flattest. Most subcontinent team friendly pitch. Spinners will come into play. Short square boundaries. Sweep shot players will thoroughly enjoy it here.

Latest weather news is that rain chance is 60% and most likely in evening so this match is serious danger of a washout.

You can trust on Australian government weather report not bbc or met office.

If a couple of BD batsmen fire, BD can pull this off

BD creates upsets every now and then, and it plays IND & PAK, the two teams it has beaten in world cups - Pak in 1999 & Ind in 2007

No its not....  For white ball maybe.  But Pink ball tests happen in Adelaide coz it suddenly goes rapid under lights.  Finch said this ground suits them the most.

Pink ball Tests in Gabba & Hobart have been rather easier to deal with than AO.

Historically bounce is less here. So i expect subcontinent teams doing well. Pink ball has that extra laquer on the ball which leads to prodigious swing.

Yeah less bounce but Ball comes rapidly especially under lights.  Zip is always there.  Even spinners sometimes enjoy the pace off the pitch.

Sydney is very slow sometimes

Need to be careful of Taskin. He is bowling well and fast

precisely why we shouldn't expose Kela once more. He can nibble around. Even Rohit will struggle.  You need positive aggressive someone like SKY to bat there.  Not SKY  himself. But someone similar. He puts immense pressure on himself and Rohit too. Playing out dot balls and getting out.
