Saurashtra has an army of Maha trundlers...no one is bending his back, just running gingerly and bowling with spine perpendicular to the pitch.

Saurashtra and Vidharbha are trundling powerhouses

Note-Umesh Yadav is Vidharbhi

Previous Ind selectors were all bowlers and yet they picker trundlers is surprising and hard to digest. Lets hope the new selectors understand the need of the hour and select right personals for right job and stop mixing the format around.

There are multiple of high pace bowler available to pick from and still they cherry picking the slowest of them all -there is something  wrong here.

And ppl ask why Ind does not have many fast bowling allrounders, if one can qualify for Intl team bowling at 130ish kmph as a front line main bowler, who would bother to bat.

If you system starts pushing high pace bowlers , trundlers will be weeded out automatically and those who can wont be able to bowl at high pace will add batting to their skill set.

This is what we saw with Aus and Pak in 2000s, they had express bowlers so the little slower bowler had to add batting to their skill set.

Those sekectors were trundlers as well haha..so chosing their likes..

The pace bowlers should target pickings by IPL scouts as we dont expect anything from l**u selectors..

These aatu jhatu ex cric/commentators commentating are driving away common masses from domestic cricket,so pale, prehistoric mentality about everything associated with cricket

Better they  hire some mimicry artists to do the job, anyone doing it for one season will have ample awareness about cricket nuisances and devwlop needed acumen in the meantime

'The quicker he's bowling the quicker he's disappearing',typical rant by typical mediocre domestic cricket commentator who is supposed to be an ex cricketer mostly

They have nothing new to add',high pace more run,

Low pace low life but less run'

It is becoming more and more difficult to watch Indian cricket at any level.

The brand of defensive, boring, cowardly cricket, that is being promoted, is not suiting me.

Chirag Jani was in 120-125 kph range...picked up 3 wickets
Mankad in 115-120 range
Unadkut was bowling 128-134,
Kushang Patel was the fastest in Saurashtra's team, consistently in 132-138 range, but no wickets.

Saw Mukesh C's initial spell...he bowled 140 few times...Hangargekar started very slow at 127-128 but picked pace later bowling 136-138.
Hangargekar's runup is weird, if it can be corrected then he can clock 140+ easily.
