Pakistani are making ultra flat pit he's so that Zimbabar can score some century against relevant team. I believe Kela should play for pak as they make pitches so that their mediocre player can boost their avg. These pitches are even worst than UAE desserts.

Yes, these kind of pitches he would have been ineffective. The ball doesn't even bounce above knee height. How will the edges carry.

He's better than Rahul in ODI cricket I agree. Cricket is a game of confidence at the end of the day. You serve the same pitches to everyone, then every batsman worth his salt would definitely improve upon his averages. Till last year he was averaging 43. within a year of playing on these flat highways now he's averaging close to 50. Even in ODI's and T20's Babar always play against 2nd and 3rd string teams. I am not sold on him yet.

ye 2no match mein kuch dum nai hai. Our 2 tests against Bangladesh were infinitely more interesting and happening.

Seems to be a Karachi issue. The atmosphere in the other grounds for the tests was quite decent.

He once chased a record chase I guess in Mumbai in a ODI with Taylor....  That's when he announced himself as our nemesis.  Was super tough to dislogde in Test series in 2016....  Took Peak Ashwin to trouble him a bit.  I remember VVS was very Impressed with him on his first SC tour. 

Then for long he has been a thorn in our flesh.   Adding to a long list of left handers who are our ultimate nemesis.  Apart from Ashwin for a brief period...  We really struggle vs half decent lefties.

PCB moved this test ahead by a day....  Perhaps giving visiting Kiwis false sense of secularism in a Islamic republic.  One thing Pakistan works tirelessly towards is maintaining Optics.   Those comeback,  Thank you posters in the stands are all part of a play.

Latham in certain conditions for tests yes. 

Elgar in SA is annoying. He gets lucky. He isn't good in India. 

Root in England has been a problem at times. 

 

Maybe a couple more. Not bad. 

 

Bowlers who trouble our batsmen though;

Newbie Jansen who owned us in SA

Rabada in SA at times.

Rahul has won two match winning sena centuries.. lords and centurion.. babar has none.. so yes he maybe an inferior batsman but at least his centuties were crucial in india winning two overseas tests.. pakistan has not won a single sena test in 6 years.. india has won 9..

they will soon compare him with bradman. the roads in pak remind me of how samaraweera racked up huge runs. samaraweera was underrated, might almost be babar-level in tests - won them a crucial test in SA.
