livingstone bowls both off and leg spin. SRT used to bowl legspin with full repertoire (googly, legbreak, topspinner, flipper), off-spin, and even medium pace (seam). such jack-of-all-trades can be hard to put away in LOIs.

I hope Jaisawal learns to bowl googly..that will help him to get more bowling in matches..

Based on IPL, not many. This is an area where India needs to develop players, whether it’s their batting or bowling. Below are a couple that can bat well and their bowling can be used sporadically:

 

Tewatia 

Jaiswal 

 

Both these have potential to be or are “tigers” (players who can deliver in pressure situations).

We need to look at this part of the team on a war footing, more than even batting all rounders. Wrist spinners are more impactful than finger spinners in LOIs nowadays and it's unfortunate that we have not been able to produce a single world class leggie for some time now, let alone one that can adequately bat.

Not a bowling AR but Riyan Parag is definitely one who should get a chance soon.

If he has a good IPL he should be in the ODI team

 his bowling numbers are insane though, average < 20 and SR < 50 with the ball with 7 5fers in 32 innings

From the discussion above it seems like Riyan parag and Tewatiya are to look out for, 

They are not necessarily a bowling allrounder but they can be better than Deepak hooda. Hooda is not bowling anyway. It's always better to have wrist spinner as 6th bowler than an offie.

Atg level Sachin can bowl spin. Yet chewtiyappas fraudsters from our tram won't attempt it

I like Riyan Parag. He doesn't bowl in IPL. If he is not ready to bowl in the highest level of cricket like IPL then what's the point in bowling in Ranji.

SRT the bowler had some real variety.  Was fun to watch.

 

Chandrakant Pandit - tough-as-nails cricketer who seems to have come up the hard way; which is one reason why he is a great coach. But, superstar culture will not allow someone like him to coach at the highest level.

When he played in u19 wcup..media was stating he has batting ability too but I never saw teams promoting him..needs to given more confidence..

Even just holding up one end, if there is a batter at the other end, can be a very useful contribution to the team total.
