Him being kicked out of captaincy was the best decision BCCI had made in a while. Only when they find the cajones to drop him altogether from a couple of formats will India improve. Similar issue with rahul, rohit (lol he doesn't even last 30-40 balls these days) pandya, kishan. Did not watch gill much this season but he too will be similar type. He sucks so much against spin in the middle overs that he has to play in a very risky manner against pace as well to make up for it .
