rkt.india Posted June 16, 2023 Posted June 16, 2023 Looks more like ganji wankhede pitch. Last week oval had so much grass.

But all runs are not equal, I agree our bozos are useless. But scoring runs on this road should be easy.
Lone Wolf Posted June 16, 2023 Posted June 16, 2023 Except Stokes expected failure Bazball is doing decently... Eng on course to 350+...

vvvslaxman Posted June 16, 2023 Posted June 16, 2023 Lyon is bowling defensive line. Most of the balls pitches outside the leg and turning further away. He is merely trying not to concede runs in the end getting some wickets.
vvvslaxman Posted June 16, 2023 Posted June 16, 2023 Root has a side on stance. I am not sure if this is his normal stance. He is taking lbw out of the equation
vvvslaxman Posted June 16, 2023 Posted June 16, 2023 Bairstow even after a long break plays as if it didn't impact him at all.

Not bowl aggressively and concede runs.
Sandz Posted June 16, 2023 Posted June 16, 2023 The true Bazballer is on the crease, real test for Aus begins now!

We had Pant even before that. Australia had Gilly. But others played normal cricket around them. England's substandard players like Crawley started adopting and getting better results than otherwise.
Gollum Posted June 16, 2023 Posted June 16, 2023 So different to the pitches England laid 3-4 years back. Stan AF 1

vvvslaxman Posted June 16, 2023 Posted June 16, 2023 Just now, rkt.india said: Side on or front on? I can see both his legs at the same time.
vvvslaxman Posted June 16, 2023 Posted June 16, 2023 More precisely two eyed stance. Root has adjusted his stance. Smith also changes his technique. They are versatile compared to Kohli/Kane williamson.
