poyzzplaidwell
An Islamabad trial court on Saturday declared PTI Chairman Imran Khan guilty of “corrupt practices” in the Toshakhana case and sentenced him to three years in prison. The court also imposed a fine of Rs100,000 on the PTI chief.During the hearing today, Additional District and Sessions Judge (ADSJ) Humayun Dilawar ruled that charges against the former prime minister in the case were proven.“Imran Khan submitted fake details to the Election Commission of Pakistan and is found guilty of corrupt practices,” he stated and sent the PTI chief to jail for three years under Section 174 of the Election Act.ADSJ Dilawar also directed that a copy of the order should be sent to the Islamabad police chief for execution of the court orders.DAWN https://www.dawn.com/news/1768528/imran-arrested-second-time-in-three-months-after-islamabad-court-declares-him-guilty-in-toshakhana-case

If he gets relief and gets sent to UK, maybe he will have a chance to survive. Vijy and Lone Wolf

Even China claims it has its own kind of democracy. You can also ask why Imran is being treated some kind of martyr in western media while they do relentless propaganda against India's dying democracy. My conclusion is that most of the stuff one reads in media is actually just narrative. nevada and someone

bsriharsha
India can get away by playing the non aligned card because it's the founder of that movement. Imagine Pakistan trying to play the same card. Powers that be aren't going to let you. Made your bed , now lie in it...
