ODI WC of 2003, 2007, 2015, 2019 and 2023.     There is one thing in common.  Pak getting kicked out in the league stage. (Except 2015 WC where they managed to reach Quarter-Final)    That's 5 out of 6 WCs where they hv failed to reach SF.

They were not SF material in 2011 either. 2 dodgy action spinners and getting West Indies in the quarterfinal helped.

 

Also, didn't play a single match in India till semis.

I think their military overlords will step in - so far it’s been PM intervention only ( their PM

appoints PCB chair ) 
 

Remember that Lt Gen Tauqir Zia fellow a former PCB chair ? 
 

Nepotism will never fully go away but I feel the military will definitely step in to bring more discipline, structure and planning.
