Nepal shouldn't have dismissed Ruturaj, should have allowed him to continue playing a match losing innings at run a ball. India would have scored no more than 170-180 .

Considering we struggled with timing even batting first I'm not sure when chasing pressure was on we would have done that well. There is a higher chance panic will set in when the required rate climbs. Not convinced we are a lock for gold here though seriously hope I'm wrong.

Nepalis have played a few games so they are well acclimatised to this ground and these conditions and that showed.

Thanks to Rinku that we got 200 in the end. Take his runs out and Nepal would have won this. 

 

Sai Kishore - 4 overs,25 runs and a wicket

Bishnoi - 4 overs,24 runs and 3 wickets :two_thumbs_up:

 

8 overs - 49 runs,4 wickets :hatsoff:

 

Ar**deep - 4 overs 43 runs,2 fluke wickets :whack:

Avesh 4 overs -32 runs - 3 wickets 

 

Sundar - just 1 over :wall:

 

Doobe - 3 overs 37 runs :whack2:

 

Can we win against Pak and Afghan ?

Have to look at other sides...  Indian side is getting criticized heavily for this performance.  Commies were thrashing Indian team & even Akash Jhopda in Post match show.

I hope they now know no score is safe here  with these small grounds. 

Nepal came prepared as they knew conditions better.

Bowling needs timo step up. 

 

Tilak & Ruturaj seems to be bitten by consolidation bug. 

Jitesh deserves one  more chance as he has the power game.
