It is still 57+ after a below average home season. I don't think it will fall below 54 by the time he hangs up the boots

Kane's entire career has been about feasting on BD, SL, WI, Pak and second string RSA. His record against Ind, Aus, Eng is shocking, even at home. Also RSA when they were strong owned him. 

 

In truth I don't even think he is conclusively better than Pujara/Warner, never mind Smith, Kohli, Root. Heck, guys like Rahane, Angelo and Azhar Ali have scored more tough runs than KW.

He was best batsman since Bradman with avg  63 or more .

 

Now he has fallen back to great category.

He is not sacrificing, he was getting diminishing returns at number 4, thought he would do wonders as opener.

 

Green would have been fine as opener.Many past Aussie players slammed him for his decision.

I thought hotstar was showing ? NZ matches are always shown on ESPN.
