LOL - WC selected players for India

Literally everyone playing like shiiit since the wc squad was announced. This chotu chahal’s selection was one of the worst in my memory. He will be bashed n smashed. 4 overs 62 runs.

 

Hardiks was a mistake as well.

It's all part of a big plan to not reveal all the secrets now - don't play all the shots you can, don't bowl all the variations you can, bat defensively, bowl innocuously etc. This will make all the other teams complacent ... and then you will see ... you will see them unleash all their best tricks and capabilities and stun the world in WCT20! I don't think even if we randomly picked anybody on ICF, even a newbie, even someone who just registered but never really posted anything would be capable of picking a WORSE team than this one.

 

I mean it is a debacle of epic proportions!!! 

 

It takes special talent to pick such a horrendous team!

 

Serial failures: Kohli, Rohit, Jadeja make it to yet another World event. 

 

Yuzless Chahal is always yuzless playing for India!! He has only one variation: bowling wide of off stump and every international player can exploit him.

 

Siraj is no longer bowling with the same pace and getting spanked in the IPL. Same with Arshdeep

 

Clueless Pandya makes it when a better in-form AR like Nitish Reddy can't.

 

No hitters except Dube

 

Only 3 pacers = recipe for disaster. 

 

I hope we lose at least to one of Ireland, Canada or USA.

Apart from choosing a horrible team, its a great message that the team management is giving to once in a lifetime talents like mayank yadav, umran, tyagi... No matter how much hard work you do, we will choose a sifareeshi team! 

Indian team will keep going backwards.

What has UMRAN done to get selected, Mayank got injures after two match, in what world can he be selected?
Tyagi hasnt played one match in this IPL I think, how would he be selected?

The opinions expressed in this forum is probably less than 1 % of the opinion of the general cricketing audience . 
 

cricket in India is a popularity context , not skill based .. 

 

Both ICC and BCCi has rigged the tournament in such a way that India will make out of the group stages … that’s victory for BCCi and ICC.. this means that advertisers , media and general cricketing population will be interested in the comp till June 19th ..  so 2/3 rds of the tournament the TRP will be high .. everyone makes money by then ..

 

if India makes it to the final it’s a cherry .. no one is expecting to win the tournament  apart from the fans at ICF.. even the players know it .
