We have had selection issues even earlier, winning needs the team to seize key moments. Coach can only do so much. Winning team is key. Chakdephatte and Laaloo 1 1

Captain is much more responsible for team selection than the coach.

Also his performance in home test series against a weak Eng bowling line up was below par. He had to be dropped midway. Now, all of a sudden, he has emerged as a potential candidate for LOI captaincy? (Just based on a few IPeeL games?)
