We will improve, but these 7-8 nations will gatekeep (can add GBR, Esp, NZ, Arg etc., they will help out their fellow whites). No idea now how to break through and win gold. You don't just have to be better than them, you have to outclass them by such a big margin that umpiring can't save their asses.

 

When umpires decide to favor one side blatantly in hockey/cricket, no way to overcome. Like Pak's home record in 70s and 80s, or how WI got beaten in NZ in 1980.

Ranking based on gold makes no sense. There are some competitions where Pakistanis finished dead last. Even if they sucked in all the events clicked just one event that somehow puts them above many teams
