I think he isn't made kaptaan coz he is from KPK & Punjabi players don't like him much.

That was a tired over... His 6th over bowling above 145k+.  Rizwan lookes uncomfortable facing him in his 4th over.

And Rizzu Bhai is Pak's best batter looking at current form.
