STAT: South Africa have lost 10 of their last 14 Tests in the subcontinent and drawn the other four and their last win on Asian soil came against Sri Lanka in the July 2014 Galle Test. They are on a 9 match losing streak in Asia since November 2015.

 

Stat: Bangladesh are yet to beat South Africa in Tests (14 matches). Bangladesh has managed to draw 2 matches when both these teams last met in Bangladesh in 2015.
