These fellows shouldn't be in the international reckoning anymore. (Before that Ajit agarkar should be removed. One of the worst selection personals in the recent times. Giving opportunity time and again to the habitual failures)

Kl Rahul

Siraj

Prasidh

Khaleel

Avesh khan

Mukesh

Saini (He was ruined by BCCI as a fast bowler by not picking him early)

Guys like kl rahul, siraj, prasidh and Avesh khan are complete waste of time. Their names shouldn't even be discussed.

Jurel has the right technique for Australia.
Bad luck for Sai Sudarshan early in his innings, but Padikkal looked good. Looking forward to their second innings' display.

Ruturaj has the same tendnecy of frontfoot plonking

Lack of horizontal bat shots like Chokli back in 2013-14 days (he still doesn't) but at least now he has square drive.

Commies were comparing Kohli with Jurel but Jurel has Kohli's technique with more range as a batter.

Those square cut/ drives were sublime.

Guy doens't plonks his front foot & allows him to play late and square like Root.

Solid defense like Root /Kohli vs Pace.

Getting into good positions is half the job both against spin and pace which is where we sucked big time against New zealand. They just plonked the frontfoot moment the ball was short of a length they had nowhere to go. Same way they went onto backfoot for full balls

Failure to rotate strike as well.  Kiwis were managing to do that easily.

Indian batters had only big shots as an option to score runs.

Jurel even in Ranchi showed how to rotate strike and play with the tail.

Did that today as well.

India needs better selectors who has an eye for these kidn of aspects not just statistics.

Which is beyond unjust.

Clique boy and Bollywood clubber Kela is pulling all the strings he can to cling on for that one statpadding innings which will give selectors the excuse to keep him around.

Bar a few heartening performances, the A side has struggled mostly. The way things run in BCCI selections, even the ones who made a mark will probably leave marks on the sub/reserve benches.

India needs intelligent and unbiased selectors.  Preferably someone who has keen eye.

The selectors are hand picked status quo management experts. Their selections seem to be based on a quota system, loosely translated as.

-Commercial contract holder quota

-Seniority quota

-Mumbai quota

-Chennai quota

-Karnataka quota

-Gujarat quota

-Cyclical random state quota

Etc.............:hatsoff:
