Not only isn't he deffering tariffs for them conistantly, his is not punishing them for buying russion oil, allowing blocked chips, has indicated he wants to meet Xi while Xi has stayed mum, & he has had to reverse his earlier threat of cancelling Chinese student visas but reversed it with an offer to admits 600K chinese students, 3x the currrent number! The chinese seems to have on the face of it won the cold war or on course to win it against the USA without having to proxy fight wars like the US had to in the previous one.
