All those thinking Kohli should be selected in ODIs because "King" need a sharp reality check too.

Since 2019 World Cup , the King has played 11 ODI's in SENA and averages 36 with a strike rate of 81.

I just don't get it, how can someone be so out of control over themselves. I get it it isn't easy to continuously curb the natural way you play but this is now happening for 5 years, actually before too just that he had his eyesight intact then so he cover drove himself too scores before getting exposed, now his eyes are gone and he stands thoroughly exposed.

Those who can't adapt go extinct and Kohli is going extinct

Kohli was never that good esp in Test cricket. Just he had that insane purple patch. But he was average before and after that. 

 

Its irreversible. The paid PR and BCCI bootlickers though will prolong his career so that he can statpad to 10k runs for feel good factor.

Brother has 30 test centuries but his avg is only 47. So it suggest that his peak was immense.

What bullshyte by Gavaskar! How were the dismissals in earlier Tests off good bowling? He stood way out of the crease in the first Test scared shyte of swing. After that all the dismissals have been deliveries way outside off stump. None of the wkts have been to good deliveries.

 

Senile Gavaskar needs to go ASAP along with the two geriatrics in the Indian team.

I think he is too obsessed with that ... or 10k runs club.  Either way, team mgmt should have the balls to drop him

The problem is that he's so poor these days that even if he miraculously scores runs in an innings, he'll go back to scoring poor scores for another few Tests. Essentially it's one score followed by a series of blips. No consistency with scores of 30, 40, 50, 60 etc. so that even if you're not playing a match-winning innings, you're at least contributing something. But we're carrying an over the hill player who's so past it that even a decent knock can't turn the tide and it's one decent score followed by poor scores. You can't play and win with such players in the team.
