Lost WC 50 over final at home

Got whitewashed in 2+ test match series at home for 1st time ever :giggle:

Lost a odi series in Lanka after a gazillion years

Lost 2 out of the 3 tests captained in current BGT and well on the way to losing the series

Fluke T20 wc win on the back of Bumrah is the only thing we have won and don't know for how long that fluke win will haunt us

Some Rohit gems:

I've been very careful about managing Bumrah's load

We wanted to go after win in the final session.

12 saal mein ek baar toh chalta hai

I mean how he can say those lines with a straight face I don't know. Either he is stupid or delusional or both

One more. Its youngster's fault. Guy probably expected Reddy to bat long at 8

10-11 tests vs SA/WI/Oz away from home, easily the best test teams of that era & yes better than the current version of Oz or SA as well although there was no DRS back then so maybe 2-4 extra avg because of that?

yep, shoulder before wkt. also in that period, even "neutral" umpires were more biased against us than now.

He's a decent LOI captain but that doesn't matter as he has retired and we're talking about tests. He's not even half the ODI batsman he is now.

he's probably 1/3rd in all formats.

Also bowled on a no ball in Barbados? In the first innings. We couldn't chase 120 in the second innings.
