Depends. I have a ground rule- no losing to any Akhand Bharat teams including fairly friendly countries like Afghanistan and Nepal.

 

rest is circumstantial. Like today wanted India to win so there is no final in Lahore otherwise I would have really liked to see Aussie C kick team BCCI’s auss. Deshbhakti gayi bhaad me for this chindi tournament.

Nahin can't support any other team. Simply doesn't happen for me. I can have a 2nd team like Afg, WI or SA whom I back if India isn't there. But against India, can't back or support anyone else. Will back SA in the SF but in the Final back to India.

Don't want India to be the first team to lose to SA in an ICC tourney final. We need to win this one to make up for the WC fiasco.

 

And hopefully winning it here will allow Rohit to retire. Else he's gonna continue till 2027 WC.

They have already won the final. Back in 1998. back then it was called knock oturnament.

That was the inaugural tourney with not much fanfare. It wasn't really thought of as an ICC trophy at the time. It was called a Knockout cup with winner winning just 3 matches.

They will back Kuldeep since he is back from surgery. They generally do that for all the players coming back from injury. Look at Shami. THey are not dropping him.
