Why did Siraj ask for ball change when it was doing a bit for bowlers?

Coz Siraj is a useless, braindead moron whose IQ would be less than a dodo, had dodos not gone extinct. That useless git didn't even ask Bumrah who was making the ball move or check with anyone else and went to the umpires by himself. He was the reason why Eng scored 387 instead of 320-330.

 

Gill was rightly upset as umpires shouldn't have changed the ball simply coz Siraj asked for it. The captain should have made the request similar to DRS review. If only captain can take a DRS review, why should such an important decision as changing the ball not come via the captain? That ball should not have been changed. But yeah Siraj is an idiot for asking for it without even checking with Bumrah and Gill at the very least.

 

This lack of cricketing common sense and general IQ is really p*ssing me off. He can't bat or field, drops catches regularly, and now is undermining the team with his lack of brains is too much to digest. Team management should've a serious talk with him and if he doesn't show any improvement, kick him out.

Its a bad batch of dukes balls, if other manufactures are being called out for it why not some other. Ppl and player have been critical of SG and Kookaburra.

The ball lost shape, yes ball for doing something for Ind. bowlers at that time but its a bad batch. If it does not go through that gauge then the ball change is per the laws.

Umps should be doing and checking themselves not to wait for bowling side these decisions should be taken but umps.

I really like to see a good batch of duke balls. They have been having this issue for close to 5 years. Why is this not happening in West Indies.

It may be happening in WI too but does not get reported that often , think they are playing DN test but there have been no chatter about the pink dukes, it just when  Ind Aus or Eng plays test these thing get the attention.

Damage was somewhat controlled with two little partnerships. Could have been so much better.
