Upcoming hit the deck bowlers

Are there any upcoming hit the deck bowlers, with the below criteria:-

 

1) Can bowl 140+

2) Have not had a significant injury record already

3) < 20 years old

On a serious note, the only hit the deck bowler I see in India is Prasidh Krishna who is bang average or decent at best. Don’t even know of any less than 20 bowler

BCCI introduced fast bowling contract in 2024 (Mayank Yadav, Akash Deep, Vyashak, Umran Malik, Yash Dayal, Vidwath Kaverappa.) Does anyone has idea what was the plan for these folks?

Mayank-- had surgery, just gt back to practice --- not even on back burner for bcci rt. now

Umran- had groin injury then degue or something was with kkr this season -- think they have moved on from him

Akash-- Plays for wb domestic team.-- pace and zip was not up there after 1st few games

Yash dayal- google him and you will know, 

Kaverappa- Is playing ranji for karnt domestic -- there is no plan for him he will be similar to rajnish gurbani who made waves 1 season and then forgtton.

v. few posters here would know such bowlers, u19 does not have speedometer that often.

Deepesh Devendran looked fast,

 

Then there were 2 bowlers who were fast may be last u19 one from karntaka and other from Raj.
