If we do the prioritization in terms of risks then Desert Cult and European white occupies the top 2 easily. All 3 Destroyers, are built under Project 15B (INS Mormugao is the 4th) and INS Vishakhapatnam being the first ship of the class they are also called as Vishakhapatnam class destroyers.
