No "black soil" pitch and staying away from the panauti Modi stadium.

You can laugh all you want, but the evidence is right there.  And you and @Laaloo calling empty stands great atmosphere is not going to change that either.

P.S. This team has been unbeaten in t20s for a long, long time. The agenda of making such threads after one single defeat, instead of supporting our boys, is pretty clear.

I don’t think there is anything like “panauti” - no stadium, no day, no player, no coach, etc.

“Panauti” concepts stems from one’s own insecurities and low confidence level where one feels everything should align in a particular way for it to become successful.

Neither do I think that anyone starting or not starting a match thread impacts the outcome of a game.  Someone watching the game in a particular part of India could be sitting in a particular position believing that if he changed his position, the team could lose. That is like a dog walking under a cart believing that he is carrying the weight of a cart. Most people can’t even change their own fortune, so how are they going to change anyone or annything else’s. Such concepts are good for timepass fun and banter but nothing more!

Bilaterals and world cups are different cup of teas. In the past, Pakistan used to beat India in bilateral but lose in world cups.

So far in the World Cup, India has not beaten a strong team, one that is a strong contender for the title. The team needs to be focused to improve its performance in the upcoming games where it would be playing relatively more in-form teams.

PS A stadium with 132,000 capacity will look empty compared to one with half or one third its capacity even if they both hold 30,000 people. It is the attendance number that is important. For the final, the stadium is likely to be packed close to its capacity, which would be like filling 2-3 stadiums (or 4 Wankhedes which has a seating capacity of around 33,000 iirc).
