Jernails have completely wrecked India's push for self sufficiency.

Babus Jernails keep pushing for imports and are key antagonists when it comes to import lobby.

Their families settled in abroad meanwhile..

Great IV btw... Late CDS Bipin Rawat was trying to clean up the mess but damn his death pushed us decades back.

TBF, we are getting started. It is quite difficult to match the finesse of Phirangi/Chinki engineering. Will take atleast a decade.

Ok, that's what that insta reel was about. But the objective of the meet is more important than some dehat news. A lot of investment/MoUs did come out of the meet. Yes, there are echo chambers of all hue. There is some positive angle to every negative news narrative from the media.

All the more reason fornl dehati southerners to stop whining about why north gets more funding from govt. Forward states get less funding from centre than backward states in all democracies.

big talk for those who have had the most funding from the centre.

It's your job to support the northern states, dehati.

Ps: I already tagged u here and asked u to explain why DMK is collaborating with illegal Bangladeshis.

As usual, anti national Tamil is silent on anti India and Hindu genocidal Tamil rice baggers.

Jharkhand is a mineral rich state, and has the 50% of world Thorium...which if enriched properly can provide clean Nuclear Energy for Generations.
States like Haryana, Punjab, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, MP, UP has significant % of involvement in Indian Armed Forces. MP is the cement capital of India, something which is a key ingredient in every infra work.
Every state has it's true value, only Bihar is really struggling at the moment but we all know the reasons for that. Other North Indian states are developing well and progressing ahead.

Strong parents usually take care of the child more who is weaker, to enable them and make them stronger as well. Only weak ones will throw their child in the garbage.

Bihar was a highly neglected state , Nehru must have had some kind of hate towards North Indian states. After Independence, most of the public sector was set up in the south - BEL. BHEL. ITI, HAL , etc and ignored North India. This kind of South privilege is what is giving such big mouths like calling north indian states as Bimaru, etc., as if hey live in Switzerland.  States like Mysore was not directly under British rule, but British Raj, had some autonomy in setting up industries and educational institutions, built power stattions and dams on their own accord. Maharaja of Mysore has to be thanked for that.

Bihar was actially doing good till the 70s , it was the 3rd largest state GDP in the country. Decades of Congress rule, Yadavs and JDU had literally given it a bad name.

Whoever said anything about "abandoning northing Indian states?"

Hopefully they develop. Urbanisation is the key to develop. Every state should have atleast 4 cities with proper infrastructure.

Young Hindus should do away with casteism and marry Hindus regardless of caste. Development should be both in infrastructure and mind. Civic sense and environmental protectionism should be high.

There are a few states like @Muloghonto's home state (west bengal) which are a basket case.

Border states will always be in a tussle. Specially when we have gotten such "god gifted" neighbours.

In West Bengal's case it's due to those useless Commies who first ruined the entire state and it's industries. It had cascading effect on Bihar/Jharkhand as well becuase the rich industrialists of Bengal had their factories in Bihar/Jharkhand as well (cheap labour cost) which were shut down coz the industrialists moved away.

Then came Mamta Didi will all his protests, which stopped TATA factory in Singur....Gujrat grabbed the opportunity with open hands and that caused the final nail in the coffin.

Bengal can still comeback, but people need to vote with their brains. Infiltration is a big issue where they have to cooperate with Center.

I personally don't mind the namecalling, till it motivates to keep working hard and make the right decisions.
British post 1857 simply crushed North India (as it was a key epicenter of freedom struggle) and burned down the cities to dust. Many artificially created famines simply took away the hope and belief from the people in North (you must have read about the famous Bengal famine).

South started the acceleration in that era as well, plus English adaptation was always high in South.

You're right that Bihar was decently growing till early 70's..but emergency and post that JP movement just pushed Bihar to darkness. All these Lalu, Nitish, Sharad Yadav etc were byproduct of JP movement (just like Kejriwal was from Anna Movement). It's said that JP was a CIA pawn raised to combat Indira (who was KGB favourite).
JP movement, rise of Communism shut down the industries in Bihar (Dalmia Industry in Dehri, Fruit industries of Muzaffarpur, many sugar based industries were shut down). Then came Lalu and well, he was the modern day Aurangzeb for Bihar.

Not sure if you can call JP a CIA pawn... might have been tricked into doing what he did. Soviets & Indira did have their reasons for calling him a CIA pawn

Quite possible, we couldn't know the reality. I should have mentioned the word allegedly.

Many geo political experts have different views about it. They even say Shastri had closer ties with CIA than KGB...which they didn't like and eliminated him. Indira was KGB's preferred choice.

Cold War era was one of the most difficult times for us. Kashmir terrorism might not had happened if there was no Cold War. US's loss in Vietnam war set the stage for all the incidents which happenend later in the subcontinent.

Morarji Desai was  certainly a CIA Agent. He wanted to shutdown RA&W and disclosed many agents names working in Pak to Zia.

What I find hillarious is that the people who whine the most about their states getting less from centre than they pay centre are tamils and mallus, when all time India champion even to THIS DAY for receiving less than they give is maharashtra.

So it begs the question why do Southern most India have the least developed sense of civic  responsibility??

Not being the national mainstream is the reason for such behavior. Regional pary politics rules the states. It will change soon as more and more north Indians migrate to the south to open up their minds and get rid of their xenophobia.

Yep. India needs more mixing, particularly the Southernmost two states.

Need to breed better civic sense into them.

Spitting "paan paraak" everywhere, "throwing TTE off the train", "calling russian women slurs", "running for food in state investment meet", "damaging trains", "entering reserved seats in trains" is brilliant civic sense.:finger:

North Indians spoil the brand of India wherever you go internationally.

North Indians are the brand of India, They stand up for India wherever they go, while paan spitting, gutka eating dravidians sell out India to Hindu genocide wanting people who name their kids after biggest genocider of last 100 years just to bootlick for whites.

South Indians damage the brand of India by making fake whines against northwest, despite being successful due to northie  maharashtra handouts and make India seem fractured.

South Indians are the ones who give Indians the insecurity complex image by overconsuming whitening cream.

As another southie said, you need more multiculturalism and diversity in the south to gain better civic sense.

Weve been hearing this nonsense for more than many decades now. The only thing these states progressed to is to bring 80c people dependent on ration food. Not to mention the crime, the lawlessness and the other general ills of society.

Even strong parents kick their kids out if they don't pull up their socks after a certain age.

Some of these things happen in South as well dude, rotten apples are everywhere.
Come to old city of Hyderabad and try charging money for the certain sections in an state transport bus.
or just walk 500 meters away from Nampally (Hyderabad Deccan) Railway Station, the rotten smell of blood and meat will leave you neauseating.
But we can't let these isolated areas define the entire character of a city/town/district/state/region.

I recommend you to visit some cities in North India, specially towns like Indore (which is the cleanest city of India), Chandigarh, Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Ujjain, Noida etc.
And Indore isn't a small city, it's comparable to Coimbatore as a point of your reference.

Changes don't happen overnight.
If you think that China became an economic superpower just like a flash of want then you're incorrect. China implemented those policies in 1970-1980's and it usually take 20-25 years before giving the true value.
Indian economic boom happened post liberalization in 1991...but since then most of the North indian states were unstable due to multiple factors. A stable govt is a key factor in drawing the economic growth.
Now the North indian states have stable govt...there is an upswing in their performance from a decade (minus couple of years due to covid). Ex. UP's GDP was 10.56 Lakh Crore in 2017-18, now it's touching 14.23 Lakh Crore in F.Y. 2023-24.
