Remember the Pre-WC drama by PAK and Bangla?

Everyone remembers the kind of noise and unnecessary drama that was created before the World Cup, especially by Pakistan and Bangladesh fans and media. So much talk, so many unnecessary distractions, and so much chest-thumping.

That’s why this World Cup has felt like such a relief and far less toxic without that circus team, Bangladesh. This WC has simply felt calmer without all that extra baggage.

Can ICC fully dismantle this Bangladesh team? Because nothing about this side looks serious enough for world cricket.

BCCI should stop all kind of help to ungrateful Kanglus. Don't play with them and treat them same as Pooks. These bldy Kanglus have become even more hostile than their abbu Pooks.

Icc should mandate qualification tournament for team outside top 8 for all wc.

 

Luckily we host champions trophy in 29 which wont involve them.

We trashed them as was predictable. It's always fun to trash them.

 

As far as BD goes I have never followed their cricket. Could barely name 5 BD players of all time. An India C team would beat them easily at T20. Not worth our consideration.

Agree. This one sided goodwill from us has been perceived not just as an entitlement by them but also as a weakness of us. If there is ever any country who is more deluded than Pakistan, then that is Bangladesh.

 

If we are extending any favour to them then we must extract something of equal value in return. Until and unless we make the freeloaders start paying for their bills, they will continue to remain in their delusion. They will still hate you but they will start respecting you once you treat them with stick because that's the language they understand.

I and probably many others didn't even miss Toygers tbh, which is quite damning and not something i would have been able to say even for pooks had they boycotted the match and gotten booted out of the tournament lol. They lost a lot more than what the tournament would've gained from their presence and it seems like their chief also recognised this which is why they piped down and told PCB to play the game against us.

I enjoyed their beatdown! Played all their matches in Colombo and still couldn't reach knockouts, and India went there and beat the cr@p out of them like business as usual. It was hilarious TBH

Why? Because their aukat is nowhere close to us in current cricketing prowess and they undeservedly get a week or so of attention basking in our reflected glory. I want them to earn the chance to play and compete against us, and not to be given on a platter EVERY SINGLE TOURNAMENT!
