coffee_rules Posted May 6 Posted May 6 Congress has backstabbed DMK and has extended support to Joseph Vijay. Congress court 9 LS seats in 2024 because of largesse of DMK. TVK/Vijay would like to have smaller groups than bigger parties supporting him. T VK has promised a lot of freebies in this election, just like the Congress government in Karnataka and is a big expense on the budget. If Congress joins TVK, forget about getting any extra central funds to fund the 8 g gold and other doles. This is a big conundrum for the TVK Govt. Focus internally and have 39 names ready for ls 29 under Annamalai. Try for alliance with smaller parties. Mostly you wont win anything but boost your voteshare. Poor Annamalai has to do a repair job. Hope Bjp reward him in some form like RS seat. Amit shah made poor call on tn. Dont think bjp would have won much. DMK backstabbed Congress by giving less number of seats. And the final backstab is by Congress to Stalin, even after he backed Raaga as PM material material
