Many of those are player of the tournaments at ODI WC: 1992: M Crowe 1996: Jayasuriya 1999: Klusener 2003: Tendulkar 2007: McGrath Stokes and Wasim have won MoM in the World Cup final. There was no player of the tournament before 1992 but guys like V Richards could have won that. The low tier teams have their widely known best cricketers and/or someone with some sort of unique skills. Sooda and New guy 1 1

But Afghanistan dont have much options either. Nabi is the only one which can make his case but there are several alternatives from other teams.

If he played for a stronger team and more against SENA, he would have had some memorable performances knowing the competitor that he is.
