Many of those are player of the tournaments at ODI WC:

1992: M Crowe

1996: Jayasuriya

1999: Klusener

2003: Tendulkar

2007: McGrath

Stokes and Wasim have won MoM in the World Cup final.

There was no player of the tournament before 1992 but guys like V Richards could have won that.

The low tier teams have their widely known best cricketers and/or someone with some sort of unique skills.

For all his T20 exploits, I  always felt Rashid Khan wasn't a good ODI player

His problem against lefties dents his impact.

But Afghanistan dont have much options either. Nabi is the only one which can make his case but there are several alternatives from other teams.

For someone who plays for a low tier team, both his economy (around 4-5) and average (around 20) in ODIs are excellent.

If he played for a stronger team and more against SENA, he would have had some memorable performances knowing the competitor that he is.

Maybe Shakib and Stokes can interchange their positions on a spinning deck. Otherwise I want to keep the L-R-L order. Also don't wanna move Symonds, he is the best guy for #6.
