Really excited to see him bowl in England and hopefully in Tests. Edited June 19 by Lone Wolf tapandrun, express bowling, nevada and 2 others 5

cricspirit Posted July 6 Posted July 6 Damn. Gurnoor should be saved for Tests mostly and ODI when necessary. We can get a good 10 years of test cricket out of him. Amazing find for India. Next IPL he will make money too. cowboysfan, express bowling and Mosher 3

Gurnoor has just completed 26. So a good 9 to 11 years ahead of him. cricspirit and Mosher 2

Thisis kind of wkts you like to see from a proper fast bowler, caught behind, batter getting out because of pace ,bounce and zip and bowled Rather batter getting out from their own mistakes or playing bad shots express bowling, Mosher, singhvivek141 and 1 other 4

I think the selectors will have to strike a balance between too few games and too much workload. Gurnoor has not played much. Just 19 FC matches and 12 List A games in his career. He must play regularly, hone his skills more and prepare his body for high workload. There should not be prolonged periods of no games. And regular red ball matches must be there. But, at the same time, as you said, no point taxing him with meaningless T20Is, as the T20 WC is 2 years away. Lone Wolf and Mosher 2
tweaker Posted July 16 Author Posted July 16 Gurnoor Brar has been handed an official warning and one demerit point for throwing the ball dangerously at an England batter during the first ODI in Birmingham. Brar admitted the Level 1 offence, bypassing a formal hearing

tweaker Posted August 10 Author Posted August 10 The strongest audition for the second seamer’s role came from Brar, who looked increasingly threatening as the ball aged. After producing the day’s biggest lbw appeal in the opening session without success, the right-armer returned with greater rhythm and purpose, exploiting bounce and angles to repeatedly discomfort the batsmen. His sustained barrage of short-pitched bowling unsettled Dinusha, who was struck on the gloves, beaten for pace and repeatedly forced onto the back foot, struggling to handle the steep bounce. Brar eventually earned his reward by forcing Pavan Rathnayake into a miscued hook before continuing to beat the outside edge with the older ball. Even during the final session, he found late movement, extracted steep bounce and regularly drew uncertain responses from the batsmen. His figures of 1/49 in 12 overs understated the sustained pressure he created and arguably strengthened his case to partner Siraj in Galle. Mosher and express bowling 2

Gurnoor was even more threatening in the 2nd innings. More accurate but with as much pace and bounce as the 1st innings. And consistent seam movement. Mosher, tweaker and Suhaan 3
