Yeah I'd prefer that not to be the case.  Need a proper batsman at #6 who can bowl some part time spin.

Rohit is freaking Shameless and extremely selfish.

 

Kane retired and he could have played few more years. More fit and more useful in a country of not many resources on bench.

 

Selectors need to tell him to go even if he is scoring some runs. We have lot of replacements.

Odis should be actually 40 overs. 50 is a bit of stretch. With 40 overs its still a lot and you still can recover from collapse.. also after 10 overs 5 can be outside 30 yards circle so that spinners can get some leverage. 50 is very outdated..
