Newspaper. I just hate e-newspaper.

Weighing machine. Old-fashioned scale is what i miss. One would look at the number and say this one isnt accurate and usually shows 3-4kgs more. Hate the current ones which go 2 digits after decimal.

why do i need electric parking? what's wrong with the good old stick?

If you need to send someone more than 2 messages over phone then you need to call that person. People chat hours on whatsapp . Why ?

My personal views

1. This fake 200 MP shooters on smartphones, they simply dont have physical space between lenses to produce the output with a natural blur. Old DSLRs or Point & Shoots were better.

2. The smart watches, which can apparently track your heart health, Sleep pattern etc...seems like an overkill as you need to wear them consistently. Old analog watches are gold.

3. These day 2 day life vlogs, I think its the impact of Big Boss. Everyone is recording their day to day activities where they are fighting and creating drama so that people can watch them online. Earlier was better when some family members will have an argument and the entire neighborhood will watch that from their roofs, windows

Cut off everything. Go straight to the source yourself, whether it's on X or elsewhere. Don't rely solely on TV or newspapers, whether print or online.

Trust me, I grew up in Punjab during the militancy years, and most of what I read in newspapers (mainly The Tribune and Ajit) was about fidayeen attacks in Kashmir. Every source has its own bias. Keep an open mind and realize that one man's freedom fighter is another man's terrorist. These issues are rarely black and white.

I've always had a soft corner for Kashmiris because I grew up seeing many of them come to Punjab to sell pashmina shawls and interact with local communities.

Rest of the stuff is stuff inflicted wounds, you do you man.

I have come to realize that Wall E was a documentary. Besides obesity, we fatally unvalued importance of striving and suffering for human happiness and meaning. We thought comfort and convenience is what we need. All that does is numbs the being. Nothing means anything anymore. Feel really sorry for genz and next ones. They have no frame of reference beyond the digital world.
