Poor decision to bat first on this deck and then play Lyon and 2 seam allrounders.

 

Either play 2 allrounders and an extra batsman if no spin is expected or play Lyon + a seam allrounder.

Hasan mahmud troubled INia as well when there was movement. He is a bit like that asita fernando guy. Bowls with pin point accuracy.

SA will destroy them looks like at home.

Even NZ if they don't lose their heads can nick a test or even 2 this time around.

 

WTC chart will be wide open in case Australia loses to BD.

 

I think even England will spoil the party of SA but that rare away series win in India means they have the buffer for a shock defeat or two.

Australia struggled against pakistan too. But pakistan batting saved the day for them. Does Bangladesh have the will power to withstand the will power of Australian bowling unit. I know it is an aging unit looking for replacement.

Abdullah Shafique's shocking drops at slips at MCG were the difference when Pak toured.  They should have won the MCG test but they also tend to choke against Australia when it matters.

Bangladesh are yet to have a fast bowler who has taken 100 wickets in tests. He's likely to be the first one.

2028/29 bgt should ours esp with oz big guns retireing in next 12-18 months. Guys like gill and jaiswal would be at their peak and hopefully we would developed likes of gurnoor, ashok and harshit. Also need a geniune swing bowler in aus so doors open for likes of nabi and kamboj

Consistent execution is the key in Tests. England went with pace battery. But they were bowling both sides of the wicket. Australian commies have been saying for decaes that you gotta bowl full in Australia and don't get carried away by the bounce. England repeatedly was found wanting. Moment they brought their full bowler Josh Tongue into the set up they looked a tad better. If you want to find the ege and increase the mode of dismissals you need to find bowlers who bowl three quarter length.
