Maybe the delivery system is better and highly targeted, or definition of blockbuster has changed or we are all more aware of our likes and dislikes. Something has changed.

People who make these movies blockbusters do not come to the internet to express their opinions. Most movies and TV shows these days get their viewership from middle, lower-middle and the poor class. They just want to go in and see a hero that kicks ass, a hot heroine and an item girl with cheap moves. They watch it with family, with friends, with girl friends and alone. But they watch these movies and shows in large numbers and they make these things work. What they will accept and what they will reject is not very clear. But one thing they do not like - using their brain to understand something they are not used to.

Something has changed.[/quote'] Becoz 7-8 years back a film atleast needed to run 70-80 days to get profit.So unless its good it cant sustain momentum in the long run. Nowadays with the Multiplex screenings just need 2 weekend crowds to pull profits.And Movies with huge stardom and massive hype easily get grand openings regardless of the quality of the movie.Nowadays its more about sustaining the momentum for couple of weeks (For star movies) which most half decent movies achieve easily .

Nowadays with the Multiplex screenings just need 2 weekend crowds to pull profits.And Movies with huge stardom and massive hype easily get grand openings regardless of the quality of the movie.Nowadays its more about sustaining the momentum for couple of weeks (For star movies) which most half decent movies achieve easily . it's time for indian moviemakers to invest more in movie making and look for larger profits, that is if there is enough movie audience to fill up theaters for 70-80 days, instead of being satisfied with two-three week wonders which gives them relatively smaller profits. PS: Remember those days when getting a ticket felt like winning a lord of the rings type of adventure even weeks after the movie released. I miss them. :cantstop:

Wow...I have seen all kinds of gruesome injury, death on the table. Relatives, parents billowing with sadness after experiencing violent death of their children. I've personally had the misfortune of delivering those news in the ER to the family but this movie really got to me. P.s. Jeong Si-yeon must be the hottest Korean woman I've ever seen. Wowza.

Sometimes you end up going to a $h1tty movie with your family/gf/best buddy etc. There are those though that still religiously follow the routine of going to every big title and then whine about the quality of the film.
