In my experience, HIIT is the best and somewhat the easiest way to lose fat rapidly. But it has to be complemented by good diet. After doing HIIT if you go and gulp 4 chole bhaturas it will all come to nothing :cantstop: . Even 15 minutes of HIIT would do. Weight training also helps you achieve your goal faster. Otherwise if you want to enjoy and also lose weight high intensity sports is another option . Swimming is THE best. Third option is Garden work. For me I have plenty of scope for the third. With more than 5000 sq ft of lawn i can do plenty of hard work down there.
5000sq ft? The perks of being srini mama's nephew :((

Actually land has no value in US as much as in India. Infact i got a cheaper house with 48000 Sq ft backyard. It was like a jungle to maintain.

I hope not ferguson :nervous:
In a predominantly black areas Desis are hard to find. Various factors automatically will make them exclude those areas.. School district, commute, near by shopping centers, to name a few. Ferguson is a crime zone . check the number of crimes around that area :cantstop: Type Ferguson do a search https://www.crimereports.com/map/index/?search=1200+Clark%20Avenue+St.%20Louis+MO&agencyzoomlevel=

Totally agree ...Pullups are the way to go.. and I do understand your pain of not being able to more than 1 but don't worry... I remember when I started I couldn't do one and now I do, 8 x 3, 8 x3 6x3 = 66 pullups... How did I do that.. I started by gaining strength.. I used to put a chair underneath the pull bar and put my feet on it, and push myself up using the support but come down on my own.. I did that for 1 year..slowly I built up my strength to do 10, then went to 20 then 30 and now to 66 without cheating.. so build strength first by using a chair or ask someone to push you up and but come down on your own.. and as I said earlier, give it time.. the best thing is, you are lighter so would be really easy for you...
:two_thumbs_up: thanks

Did that twice.. Lost 45 pounds in 4 months:--D
Insanity is a two month routine ....he did it twice means he did it for 4 months. Get it. My husband has finished 2 months and gained 1 kg...He didn't have much to lose in the first place. His T shirts are getting tighter in the arms. I have lost 300 gms in 3 weeks(first week not done seriously.) But my jeans is fitting much better.Don't have to struggle to button up .:P

i lost weight by doing nothing in the gym :aha: started taking more fruits/vegetables .. initially i use to get tired but now i am as energetic as a bull :weights: if someone cant diet , better to dump more fruits/vegetables .. we ll end up carving for junk food in office hours.. i gave the same advice to one of my colleague who is a fat chick ( who asked me how i am comparatively slim even after gulping lots of beer/shoiju )

Change your excersise routine a bit. Your body is getting used to the same set of excersise

I have started HIIT 100 from this week. Seems to be something different and good fun so far. takes abt 1.5 hrs just to do all sets which are like 60 sets in a day. Not able to do that much cardio but do think these sets do make up for cardio. Anyone ever tried this workout, to me so far it is good as i was getting used to that normal routine of 20 mins cardio then 4 excersise of a body part with 4 reps each and then 20 mins cardio. Lets see what results are after 6 weeks.
