suraj Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 Death penalty for 'most stupid' Indian killer in UAE WTF- how is this possible; he believed a woman got pregnant by him without having sex http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/nri/middle-east-news/Death-penalty-for-most-stupid-Indian-killer-in-UAE/articleshow/29684061.cms DUBAI: An Indian man, described by his lawyer as the "most stupid" person he has encountered in 40 years, has been sentenced to death by a UAE court for murdering a maid. The man, who worked as a cook for a UAE government official, beat the maid, who he had been having a relationship with, to death after she told him she was pregnant and threatened to report him for rape, three years ago. He believed her claims even though they had never had sex, local media reported. The man lived in a villa near the maid's place of work in Abu Dhabi. They met while dumping rubbish in dustbins. A few days later, as the cook was working on the roof, the maid saw him and called him over to her employer's house, who was away on holiday at the time. He went and they had a "romantic time on the roof which did not exceed hugging", the defence lawyer said. A week later he visited her again and she told him he had made her pregnant while threatening that she would accuse him of rape. The cook, who was described by his lawyer as the "most stupid murderer" he has seen in 40 years, believed her. He hit the maid on her head with a large stone thrice, killing her then placed her body in a bathtub filled with water and set the villa on fire to destroy the evidence. The villa was reduced to ashes, but the bathtub survived as it was filled with water. The defendant was arrested after he went to his employer asking him to help him flee the country. But his employer reported him offering to pay defence expenses and blood money. The case had been on hold since 2010 because the court could not locate the maid's family.

beetle Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 Millionaire Divorces Wife, Asks Her To Stay On As Housekeeper From wife to housekeeper? A London millionaire had a unique concept of domestic bliss: Divorce his wife, move his girlfriend into the home, and ask the ex to stay on as the housekeeper. The ex-wife took a dim view of this arrangement, as did a British judge, who awarded half the man’s fortune to her. The couple married in the late 1970s and divorced about 20 years later. Treating the divorce decree as “just a piece of paper,†they continued to live together. This arrangement changed drastically when the wealthy businessman, who is in his 70s, met another woman. According to the presiding judge, “The husband installed the other woman and her 12-year-old daughter into the marital home. When the man asked his former wife, who is in her 50s, if she would remain in the home ‘as some sort of housekeeper,’ she found the suggestion ‘very demeaning and upsetting.’†The dispute wound up in court, leaving the millionaire bewildered that his ex-wife had become so aggressive.:hysterical::hysterical: He previously had threatened to take his own life or go on a hunger strike if she pursued legal action, but that claim apparently was insufficient to dissuade her from asserting her rights through her lawyers. Ultimately the judge ruled that under these unusual circumstances, there was no difference between couple’s relationship pre- or post-divorce and that the ex-wife was entitled to half of the businessman’s fortune, which totals about $22 million in US dollars. The judge also set aside a signed agreement between the two that would have netted the wife/cohabitant about $6 million on grounds that she signed it under duress. Commenting that the length of this living arrangement is generally unheard of, a UK family law expert noted that “if a person did not make a financial claim on their partner at the time of the divorce they are entitled to do so at any point before they are remarried†and that the spousal assets are more likely to be split 50-50 after a long marriage (or perhaps in this case, a marriage-plus). If you divorced your spouse after a long-term relationship, are there any circumstances in which you would continue living together and also postpone a financial settlement? http://www.inquisitr.com/1118330/millionaire-divorces-wife-asks-her-to-stay-on-as-housekeeper/source/outbrain/ :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:aur kar badtameezi ....:hysterical::hysterical:
beetle Posted February 22, 2014 Posted February 22, 2014 Bhopal: Bride gives birth to child right during her wedding ceremony When a bride gave birth to a child right during her wedding ceremony, the kin of both the bride and groom as well as community members decided to cancel the marriage and wind up the ceremony. However, the groom decided to go ahead with the ceremony and took home not only the bride, but also the newborn baby. The incident unfolded on Friday in the tribal-dominated Dindori district, 466 km east from state capital Bhopal. The bride, Damayanti Bai (name changed), went into labour pain during the 'phere' ceremony and delivered a baby right at the venue. All the guests and relatives present at scene were shocked and most of them tried to persuade the groom Man Singh Dhurve to walk-off the marriage. But to everybody's surprise Man Singh said he could not leave the bride in such a situation and continued with the marriage rites with the baby in his arms. The relatives were forced to rethink on their decision to not participate in the 'tainted' ceremony after Man Singh requested them to stay back. Elders of the community even warned the groom saying that he would be penalised if he married the woman. But an unyielding Man Singh said he was ready to pay the penalty as decided by the community panchayat and the marriage was performed. "The day I was engaged to her, I had promised to support her throughout life," said Man Singh. He said that he was happy with his decision that saved two families from being humiliated. The groom's father too appreciating his son's act said he was ready to pay the penalty if the panchayat members say so. Chhotelal Dhurve, uncle of the groom, said that initially he had thought of shunning the marriage but the groom's insistence forced him to think again. "Now we are proud of his decision," he added.http://www.hindustantimes.com/india-news/bhopal/bhopal-bride-delivers-baby-during-marriage/article1-1187027.aspx ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Won't be surprised if he shares the DNA with the child. hhunaeh Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 Girl dies on road, parents killed after collecting body NAVI MUMBAI: Three members of a family were killed along with a relative in two separate road accidents on Thursday in a span of four hours in Ratnagiri district. Seventeen-year-old HSC student, Dhanasree Kadam, was travelling in her father's autorickshaw from Khed to Ratnagiri to appear for her CET (common entrance test) in the morning when it toppled over at Sangameshwar on the Mumbai-Goa highway, flinging her out. She succumbed to her injuries at the civil hospital in Ratnagiri city. The second road tragedy occurred when her parents—Pravin (40) and Priyanka Kadam (38)—were taking the body back home to Khed in an ambulance. They were following in a Maruti 800 along with a relative, Naresh Devre (50). "Around mid-noon, a heavy JCB machine strapped on top of a trailer fell on the car. It is a very shocking tragedy. Pravin Kadam was popular in the Khed-Ratnagiri area because of his helpful nature,'' said Nandkumar Thakur, additional superintendent of police, Ratnagiri. The second mishap took place on Hathkhamba-Ratnagiri Road, 2km from the accident spot at Sangameshwar. The only surviving member of the family is younger son Shivam Kadam (15), who was at home. "Pravin ran an auto transport service in Khed and had been an MNS worker since the party's inception. Whenever there was any accident on the Mumbai-Goa highway, he would invariably rush to help the victims,'' said Vaibhav Khedekar, Ratnagiri head of the MNS party. Expressing grief and shock at the sudden deaths of three members of the Kadam family and a relative, an angry Khedekar said, "There are barely any good doctors in government hospitals in Ratnagiri and Raigad.'' Meanwhile, trailer driver S A Karande has been detained.
Khalpat Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Kerala: 11-month-old girl sent on solo parasailing by parents KANNUR: Eleven-months-old Niya Nisam loud bawling did not deter her parents from sending the infant parasailing alone 50-ft up in the sky at Muzhappilangad beach here on Wednesday afternoon. Hours later, district police chief P N Unnirajan, who attended the adventure sport event, said he would register a case under the Juvenile Justice Act against the organizers. "When I was asked to flag off (the event), I refused, saying that making a child to parasail alone is against the rules. But they said that one of the parents will accompany her. I believed them and left the place before it began," he said. The event was organized by Malabar Aero Sports Society (MASS) a Kozhikode-based adventure sports and tourism organization. The little para-sailor is the granddaughter of Safar Ahmed, general secretary of the organization. MASS said the event was aimed at popularizing parasailing. It claimed to have imparted "proper training" to the infant. A senior paediatrician, however, pooh-poohed the "training" argument. "It's not age-appropriate learning. An 11-month-old cannot learn parasailing just like that," Dr Sachidananda Kamath, state president of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics, said. (Niya Nisam lands after the 100-ft flight on Wednesday; the flight, though made her parents proud, didn't amuse the baby and district police chief P N Unnirajan with Niya and her mother Safreena at Muzhappilangad) The district tourism promotion council (DTPC), the licensing authority for such events on the beach, said the event was conducted without permission. DTPC secretary Saji Varghese said that the council later received a letter from the organizers, apologizing for conducting the event without permission. Organizer Safar Ahmed said the event was not a commercial one and hence there was no need for any licence. "We had sent a letter by post to the authorities concerned, intimating them about the event. The letter might have got delayed, leading to the confusion. So we handed over the letter again to the district collector and the DTPC, thus solving the issue," he said. To a question on whether any rules were flouted, Ahmed replied in the negative. "There is no prescribed age limit for this event in India. Further, the parents of the little girl had given their consent and signed the indemnity bond." Ahmed said Niya's mother Safreena Nisam, now undergoing training for commercial pilot licence, had parasailed solo at the age of eight in 1995 in Kozhikode. "Probably Niya is the youngest solo para-sailor in the country. It was sad that our bold, successful move was misinterpreted," he said, adding that all security measures, including a rescue van, was ensured at the site. The state child rights panel took a suo motu case into the incident. The Edakkad police, too, have registered a case. Praneetha P, special officer of the Adventure Sports Academy at Muzhappilangad, said Niya's flight was in breach of rules. "According to the ministry of tourism guidelines, the age limit for water sports is 14 years, and for float trips this can be brought down to 10 years. Since the same rules can be applied to aero sports too, this is illegal," she said, adding that the child's rights, too, was violated. Incidentally, district collector P Balakiran had suffered injuries when he crash-landed at Payyambalam while inaugurating a paragliding event on May 2.

Cricket_Hacker Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 Angry woman bites husband's genitals in Madhya Pradesh Interesting article by TOI BHOPAL: He wanted to cook food. She wanted him to stay away from kitchen. What happened next between Jitendra Patel, 30, and his wife, Uma Patel,27, in Satna district of Madhya Pradesh is a below-the-belt domestic spat. The couple, who got married in 2010 after a courtship of two years, classifies the ensuing scuffle as the culmination of a series of 'stressful events'. The incident took place at district's Pagra village on May 4, but came to light on Monday after Jitendra reached district hospital complaining about swelling and pus formation in his genitals. When Jitendra and Uma started to argue on May 4, their children tried to separate the two, and they together went to hold her down, that's when she allegedly bit his penis. On May 5, Jitendra asked Uma to get him breakfast. When Uma posed a deaf ear, Jitendra went inside the kitchen and started cooking, said police. Uma got violent after this and began to attack her husband with whatever she got in hand. During the scuffle Jitendra's towel fell off down exposing his vital parts. She allegedly grabbed his testicles and bit off his genitals. He somehow managed to escape and reported the matter to police. Jitendra, however, refused to undergo a medical examination done fearing public humiliation. His wife was booked and released on bail. After a counselling session by police, they agreed to stay together. But when his genitals got infected, he discussed the matter with one of his close friend who advised him some traditional cure with local herbs. Things worsened after his genital swelled with pus formation. One of the elderly villagers whom he contacted triggered a panic button claiming "women have venomous teeth". "Better you consult a doctor before venom spreads across your body," police said quoting Jitendra's complaint. It was after this that he went to see doctor. He was hospitalized immediately after the examination and his surgery was scheduled on Tuesday. Police officers are likely to add more charges like 'attempt to murder' against Jitendra's wife. www.timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/bhopal/Angry-woman-bites-husbands-genitals-in-Madhya-Pradesh/articleshow/35991703.cms?utm_source=facebook.com&utm_medium=referral
