velu Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Dhoniconda In Full Effect Now cant be possible .. russel
flamy Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Fatso injured his bowling finger while attempting a catch at shortish covers He dropped it :headshake:
sensible-indian Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Dhoni is an unbelievable beast in such situations.
yoda Posted May 4, 2015 Posted May 4, 2015 Good management of useless bowling resources. Kept Jadeja out after 2 overs.
yoda Posted May 8, 2015 Posted May 8, 2015 Dropped catches and clueless 19th over by Negi cost the match. Dhoni did reasonably well to defend 160.
sscomp32 Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 Dropped catches and clueless 19th over by Negi cost the match. Dhoni did reasonably well to defend 160. Catches didnt affect much IMO. Infact Rohit drop got CSK more close to victory. :giggle: Last over drop didnt matter at all. It was only that suicidal 19th over. But it had to happen sometime. 3 matches we won like this and lost one. Good that it happened earlier not in a crunch match, we need only 1 win from 3 to fix our spot. :two_thumbs_up:

rkt.india Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 I agree that was a stupid move. I meant to say that taking the game to requiring 30 off 2 overs defending 160 ain't shabby. Spinners are never the best options in end overs when defending no matter who the spinner is until its turning really big and batsmen batting are *****y against spin. There, two Indian batsmen were batting, good at hitting spinners and Nehra and Mohit still had overs left.
vvvslaxman Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 He should have given it to Mohit Sharma Very tough to hit a pace bowler for 4 sixes Really that was really pathetic move. It was a simple logic neither pandya nor Rayudu can slog pacers like they can slog spinners. Also it is important back your bowler when he gets a rough night. Nehra wouldn't have been worse against Pandya.
