Bouncer, wide ball, etc rules are not the same * No quotas for bowlers .... bowlers can bowl as many overs they like. WI can bowl its best bowlers * Less restrictions on field placings .... Can even set up a negative field

And then decide..... Agree with OP and Vibhash... I think yesterday the crowd number was good too. They could have gone few overs more, for the sake of onfield fans.For me, Series didnt end on positive note.

This is about India and yesterday's match, not about Australian teams of the past. The fact is that the spectators were robbed of 15 overs of cricket yesterday by two captains, in a match in which they had already been robbed of over 90 overs of cricket due to the weather. At the time of the call-off, nobody cared about the spectators' point of view. The crowds had filled this ground more than crowds in the previous two Tests of this series. There were spectators watching this game in India all night, expecting some action in the final session. I am not talking about whether India could or would or should have won. Or for that matter, the West Indies. I am talking from the spectators' point of view because the game exists for THEM. Cricket was indeed robbed yesterday by two thieves, answering to the names of MS Dhoni and Darren Sammy. Whatever justification either captain gives cannot take away from the fact that a robbery took place and they were responsible.

Viru, Gauti and sachin's addition will bring back the sanity.

We might end up in England with last test situation( we are 0-1 down) and need 200 in 35 overs to make it 1-1...but I bet they will still Crap in their pants and will have no excuse to give then. When there was 180 to win from 47 overs I thought gosh we have an exciting match on our hands. I woke up till 2.15 am IST and when it was 86 to win from 90 balls I thought the match was very exciting. And what do they do? Walk off the field.5 days of cricket has come to a tame end. Thank You India and West Indies Test Series. A million :facepalm: to you! I guess Dhoni thought it wasn't worthwile taking the risk of the west Indies levelling the series and decided to cash in his chips and call it a day . After all it is a series win.:two_thumbs_up:

They were trailing the series 1-0. They had everything to play for. If they got us all out, they would level the series and get lot of points and do wonders for their ranking. If they lost trying, it wouldn't make much of a difference anyways. Why didn't West Indies declare soon and try to get us all out. Surely, the onus was on them.

This is a team down in the dumps, expected to lose before even stepping into the field, havent had a win for so long(except that one against Pakistan). People were predicting a whitewash before the series began. There was no way they had the confidence or the mettle to go for a win On the other hand, we are the world champions, have a great team, have won series after series recently, ranked 1 in tests
