coffee_rules Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 Recently, the rickshaw driver in NYC duped me. He claimed $1 per person, We went 8 blocks, and I offered to pay as per 1$/person (we were 4 - I paid $5), he laughed and said it was $1/person/block. So, I ended up paying him 32 bucks. Felt like an Idiot. He was a student (a young kid from Phillipines), so I didn't mind giving him the money.
EnterTheVoid Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 I was sold a dud TV once. Went home, plugged it in only to find the power supply was busted. Damn thing wouldn't even turn on.
Late Cut Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 Does this include girls? Depends on the kind of ride you are talking about, and whether it includes pictures or not. :two_thumbs_up:

DomainK Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 My friend once gifted a car to a girl hoping to get into her pants. She took the car, gave him the finger, slept with his broke friend. Lot of chaos followed, but she never returned the car, rather threatened him with a harassment complaint. The poor guy became the joke of the college.

Cricketics Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 Decided to take this Chinese bus to New York once. Got the ticket for one way and they told me the bus will arrive in 30 mins. Had to wait 4 hours. 3 buses came but I wasn't allowed to get on since there were people ahead of me. No rules and stuff. Didn't know this happens in USA too. No wonder recently some of these bus services were taken off by Government. I was supposed to reach NY by 11:30 am. I ended up reaching around 6 pm.
