Stupid decision to play the 7th batsman. I have been saying this from the first day. No we are wasting 3 spots by playing 3 fast bowlers :cantstop:

If ur main bowlers are bowling rubbish replace them with another bowler not replace a batsmen. Agree. Give batsmen freedom to play more aggressively with extra depth. In all possibility(Chawla,Bhajji) 5th bowler will be a waste, will go for more runs than part-timers, will eat a spot of a batsman. Fielding will get more crappy.
maniac Posted September 23, 2012 Posted September 23, 2012 Chawla is better fielder and batsman than Bhajji .Probably better bowler too atm Are you kidding.....Chawla can go for 20 run overs more often....Bhajji even on his worst days isn't that bad.....maybe due to the fact that he has enough pull not to complete his quota :dontknow: but in this format I would pick Bhajji over Chawla

Whichever is less dirty he would wear that one. The situation we are having is similar to that :cantstop:
maniac Posted September 23, 2012 Posted September 23, 2012 Didn't you watch IPL?:cantstop: If we selected our team based on IPL 2012 then V.Kohli would be replaced by rahane and Dhawan :winky: Vinay Kumar has been much more disciplined in his opening spells than some of the other tundlers we have tried recently in LOI's....Infact he was the 2nd best Indian bowler in terms of wickets in IPL ....btw Both 1st and 2nd ,Yadav and VK are not in this squad I am no Vinny supporter but he would have done better than atleast Zak,Bala and Dinda....Pathan is excluded due to his batting skills....Also Vinay is more athletic than Zak and Balaji and definetely he is better than Dinda
