I dunno' date=' I have always liked the kid. He fails in tests not because of lack of trying....[/quote'] Well said. He's one guy you hope to see succeed. The guy gives it all, throws no tantrums, is a team man to the core, shows no attitude, doesn't have a big head and no ego clashes. The guy's a professional through and through :hatsoff: He may fail due to lack of talent or technique in Tests but not due to lack of trying.

He has won so many games for India in the finishing stages and how he manages to stay so calm under pressure is beyond me. His contribution to the success of Indian side is immense :hatsoff:

Raina on his recent performances - :hatsoff: But he still has a few weakness to iron out in ODI and some major weakness to iron out in ODI but his improvement in recent time has been similar to that of Kohli 2011 Rohit vs Tiwary Sehwag vs Rahane these two places are still up for grabs but Gambhir, Kohli, Raina, Dhoni have secured their places in the team at least for the coming season

Raina had played 100 games before Kohli even came close to cementing his place in the team. It's quite funny how underrated this guy is.

I said improvement, Raina has always shown promise but this is the first time he has delivered on that promise on a fairly consistent basis Everybody rates Raina we were just waiting for him to find some kind of consistency Hopefully he will carry this form into the upcoming Test series

Raina is a ball-less **** just like most other Indian youngsters. Get the English attack bowling bouncers at him and he'll **** himself. He's an utter fanny. On sub-continent wickets, he's effective but that doesn't gain my respect. Kohli is the only player in today's Indian team (exc. Tendulkar) who can face up to difficult conditions. The rest need to grow some testicles.

It is due to a lack of trying. More specifically, he's girl who's afraid of the short ball.

At the no. He bats most often and in those situation, he will never score 100s, he is in lose-lose position, even if he 40, no one remembers because had scored more.

He failed in tests but was secind highest run getter in ODI for both teams.
