Ram Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Poor lad, I can literally feel the pain in your words. :(( While I am going to stay away from the obvious reaction and give you impromptu advise without knowing you or the facts, I can understand why you are devastated.
KhanSaab Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Dont dump her just yet. Keep her around so you can get laid while looking for her substitute.
ravishingravi Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Nothing is permanent. No commitment . No relationship. Just embrace this reality of life.
Yoda-esque Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Compared to his parents or boss? Don't be a jerk. The guy wants to hear some thoughts in anonymity...nothing wrong with that. People who don't know any thing about the dynamics of his relationships aren't qualified to give advice. Now, a lot of posters here called this girl they know nothing about trash,*****,***** and then proceeded to offer advice. They do not know whether the girl loved his friend ,whether she herself told him about this or whether she felt bad about this A few others turned this into a joke post without knowing the mental state of the OP... So why solicit advice from unqualified people?
Number Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Do your best friend, first he will get ****ed for doing this to you plus your GF will realize that only guys interested in her are gays Oh also this way you also get laid. hahahaha...:hysterical::hysterical: :hatsoff::hatsoff: dc.
Rajiv Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Relationships are complicated, and there's nothing you can do stop getting heartbroken - bad luck, shyte happens. One good thing is to vent about it, but only time will heal it all - I say hit the gym to vent all the frustrations, and get another girl. I believe for a guy, its more so coz she fell for another guy ( that too a friend ) and it hurts the ego then actual love Think about it, you never saw another girl and drooled about it? if she was outta town, and a hot girl just came naked to your room, you won't cheat? fk it, move on - in fact see it this way, now you gonna get a whole new package - unless it's hard for you to find girls then sorry, goto a strip club for a feel good experience Just to bunp your mood up ( something which happened to me and I had mentioned before ) Dumped twice by the same woman for 2 different men of the same name
EnterTheVoid Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Nothing is permanent. No commitment . No relationship. Just embrace this reality of life. Bingo, not a truer word has been spoken. :hatsoff:
punjabi_khota Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Hit the gym, delete facebook, lawyer up and open a credit union account. In that order.
Nova Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Nothing is permanent. No commitment . No relationship. Just embrace this reality of life. What does this mean, in context to romantic relationships? One cannot make an absolute statement like this as there is no truth to it. There are countless cases where early relationships have become life long commitments, and only death has done them apart. If you are implying that death is the only truth, then yeah "nothing is permanent".
rkt.india Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Nothing is permanent. No commitment . No relationship. Just embrace this reality of life. This.

vayuu1 Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Before jumping too any conclusions calm urself and think what is right for u and then take ur decision, u have been hurt by those who have been close to ur heart,so think what's right for u,I think it's a lesson for the future ,that before being into any sort of relationship think twice whether she is right for u , same goes for friends as well, look for the positive imagine u marrying her and then this thing happening ,then what would have happen , u r lucky ,read some thing spiritual ,do mediation ,go for outing u will be fine.
Rohit S. Ambani Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Its okay dude, you will find another girl. Its not worth it to gain weight, having blood pressure problems, insane blood sugar, thyroid disorder, hormonal imbalance just for a relationship. Jaan hai to jahaan hai. Treat your body like a temple, worship your soul. Only you can answer GOD for your time on earth not that girl, your parents or siblings. So don't waste your energy on such wastage. Life is too short, go do something wonderful. Five evils - Lust, Rage, Greed, Attachment and Pride/Ego can ruin one's life according to Indian dharmic religion Sikhism. Study Quran, Geeta and Guru Granth Sahib. Come to India if you are a foreigner, you will be able to understand different perspectives. If you are already living in India but in metro city, then I recommend to spend time in smaller towns, you will be surprised how artificial/fake life is in metro's.
DomainK Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Something similar happened to my friend, who was married. It's far more complicated when you are married and especially when you have a child. He forgave her for the sake of the child, but their marriage was never the same again. He could never trust his wife ever again. She realized her mistake and she never had an affair again, but you can hardly ever regain someone's trust once you break it. One bad decision and a whole life of pain and despair.
Needforspeed Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Break up with the girl.Find yourself another girlfriend. Any long term relationship with this girl is now not possible. Even if you try to forgive her it will not work out. Regarding the friend, accept the fact that things will never be the same again. And most important..Move on (Easier to give advice, I know). You cannot change what has happended. Maybe what happened was for the best...After a while it will not matter. Read 'How to stop worrying and start living' by Dale Carniege (just an example) Will give a better perspective on things.

The kid adored both parents..so he tried to continue for the sake of the kid. But it was too stressful for him...He was too ashamed to face friends and relatives ( I am both), became a loner, his professional life suffered..it was a mess. Eventually he took the decision to break-off and get a divorce inspite of the kid. Now he has found a wonderful girlfriend, he is back to his old self and his career has really taken off. Its hard to believe its the same guy. Only problem now is - his parents are pressurising him to get married again and he is totally against marrying again.
Malcolm Merlyn Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 @OP how.did you get to know about this?
yoda Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Why don't you convert your relationship into a 3 some?
