go with your six friends' date=' each holding one poster with one big black alphabet , siting side by side in proper order it should read R E T I R E. bigger the poster better it is .[/quote'] The right way to approach that question would be to compare Tendulkar's performance in the last, say 3 years, against that of the other openers whom we have. If he is worse off, then he deserves the boot. If not, it is unfair to say he has to retire, just because he can't play as good as he did in the 90s or early 2000s.

I think I have enough material for my poster. If he fields at fine leg tomorrow' date=' I sure do hope to catch his attention.[/quote'] Actually, don't get arrested for publishing 'offensive' material :fear:

Dude a quarter century should have been the realistic ask :haha:
Not funny :finger:. But in all serious, he has played less than 20 balls only in each of three innings so far. Not only is he struggling to get runs but he is struggling to occupy the crease. A player coming at number 4 this is unforgivable. Another team faces a similar problem but they have Clarke and Hussey coming in at 5 and 6. And we got a newbie, Yuvi, and Dhoni :hysterical:. Not sure that BCCI, Selectors and Dhoni know what to do with this.

I did not carry the poste. There is an old saying. Do not kick a dead dog. And Tendulkar looks like dead duck to me. From what I saw in this test India has become a very very average test side. And we have ourselves to blame. Watching my hero live, it really hits you how he has fallen from grace. There is also justice in India's predicament. We have sowed the seeds over last 2-3 years for this day. Painful as it maybe, it is justice nonetheless. Then again there is IPL
