When Yuvi picked up 5 wickets in practice game, people thought Ojha and Ashwin will wreck havoc in this team. Instead of that Ahswin ended with average of 50 on rank turners. Innings played by Cook and KP was turning point of the series. Our batsmen can be outbatted just by 2-3 good innings from opposition.

in practice games cook scored 100 no ? its funny how different thinking of cook and clarke is clarke missed practice matches and cook used them to stay in touch im sure clarke will still do a cook and we will lose :(( but anyway im not really interested in this series..same tried and tested players other then bhuvan...jadeja will play too and vijay will open

It is not like Jaffer was never picked. He is a domestic legend, international failure. He has always thrived on domestic trundling.

for opening slot. Rahane vs Vijay vs Dhawan. I think Vijay will play. He can accelerate and attack spinners and is the best player of fast bowling. Rahane struggles a lot against fast bowlers and should be on the bench for a few more series. Dhawan is too young.
