But it is frankly silly going after a batsman after he gets out. There is nothing competitive about that. As shortbread mentioned it is not a contact sports like football where both of you are trying to possess the same ball. Tendulkar, Dravid, Dhoni are as competitive as they can get, they don't go toe to toe with players needlessly.

You can 'act competitive' with the ball and bat in your hand - there is no need for shirt removing, chest thumping theatrics. The laws of cricket shall rule which do not allow such offenses - don't like it, don't watch it.
